N20 Geared Motor for Geko24. Replacement brushed gear motor for the Geko24 micro scale RC chassis. We offer two versions for you to choose from. Opt for the 120rpm (at 6v) if you want maximum torque and fine low-speed control for crawling. If you prefer more of a balance between wheel speed and climbing ability, go for the 250rpm (at 6v). You will find it still has ample torque and low speed control, but with greater top speed. Choose your weapon!

The Geko GK-24 motors also come with a piece of heatshink, to protect the open reduction gearbox from dust and grit. The heatshrink is a tight fit over the gearbox. However, once you have installed it, you can carefully heat the part that covers the motor can for a perfect fit. Just be careful not to heat the part covering the gearbox, as it will shrink into the gear mechanism. YWe recommend you carefully apply a lighter or match flame to achieve this.

Wires and plugs for the motor are included, and soldering is required for installation. The Geko24 motors make clever use of a standard 2-pin header plug, matched with a male JST. This will save you a considerable amount of space over using the traditional JST male/female pair.

More confident builders looking for maximum performance may wish to experiment with the longer can N30 geared motors. You can bolt these up to the Geko24 transfer case with no modification. However their greater length will require use of longer (78mm) front chassis legs and/or custom mounting of the servo.

PLEASE NOTE: These motors are not suitable for the Orlandoo Hunter due to the greater length of the output shaft. We offer N20 geared motors with a shorter shaft specifically for the Orlandoo Hunter, in a range of output speeds.
