X-Row Kuro King LED Controller. So you want lights on your truck? No problem with this clever little unit. Designed specifically for use with the X-Row 1/24 Kuro King, you could put this LED controller to work in any 1/24 or 1/32 scale truck.
You can choose a pre-wired version to plug and play; fit the LEDs to your body and you’re done! Alternatively you can put your soldering skillz to work with the DIY kit version. Not only will this save you a few pennies, you also have the advantage of setting wire lengths to suit your model.
The controller uses standard servo plugs and sockets and acts as a pass-thru between your receiver and motor / servo. Plug ch1, 2 and 3 outputs into your receiver and then plug your ESC and steering servo into the LED unit. You get 2x 3mm white headlights, 2x SMD combined tail/brake lights and 4x orange SMD indicators/blinkers.
You can switch headlights on and off from any spare auxiliary channel on your radio with a 2 position switch. Tail lights are always on and light up brighter to act as brake lights. The brake lights are activated as soon as you release the throttle and remain on when stationary. After 10 seconds of no input activity all four indicators will start blinking. If you use the unit as a pass-thru for your servo left and right indicators blink when turning. Alternatively plug your servo into your receiver as normal, plug the ‘ch1 LED controller plug into an aux channel and use a 3-position switch on your transmitter to control the indicators manually.
